About the course

Mental Fitness is a measure of the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage) versus your negative ones (Saboteur). This measure of your Mental Fitness is called PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient).

Research with 500,000 participants has shown that PQ is the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you could perform to your full potential without being limited by stress or frustration.

This work is a synthesis of recent breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology, and performance science.

A key to mental fitness is to weaken the inner saboteurs that create all your "negativity" in the way you respond to challenges. Your saboteurs cause all your stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, regret, shame, guilt, and unhappiness. Saboteurs include the judge, the controller, the avoider, the victim, the stubborn, and more.

Your "sage" lives in a completely different region of your brain and deals with challenges in a way that generates positive emotions such as curiosity, empathy, creativity, calmness and clear, focused action. You'll perform better and feel happier.

As a coaching participant, you will benefit from a four-step process that provides you with the understanding, tools and structure to identify your saboteurs, overcome them and create lasting change in all areas of your life.

Step 1: Before the Coaching

Prior to coaching, you will be invited to complete a brief assessment to identify your saboteurs.

Step 2: During the Coaching

You will be introduced to PQ concepts in a series of short interactive workshops led by a certified PQ coach. You will also have the opportunity to explore, personally and with the group, the ways in which these saboteurs show up in your life and to discover and practice tools to overcome self-sabotage and activate your sage powers.

Step 3: The first two months after coaching

If you want to further deepen your understanding and practice the tools, you will receive an app that will give you access to 6 weeks of online training (1 hour per week), as well as a prompt to do 15 minutes of mental fitness exercises daily.

Step 4: For a full year after coaching

As a participant, you can continue to access the app, repeat the training, and do the daily exercises.
